BOOKING PROCEDURE
To book our space, please drop an enquiry form below at our website or contact us at [email protected] or 8036 8000. Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis, based on official booking confirmation timings. Booking will only be officially confirmed when full payment and security deposit is received.
We accept Bank Transfer, Paynow and PayLah.
Within 24 hours of confirmation - 100% refund of Booking Fee.
More than 30 days before event date - 50% refund of Booking Fee.
Less than 30 days before event date - 0% refund of Booking Fee.
In any event of cancellation of booking, Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee will be fully refunded.
More than 30 days before event date - 20% charge of Booking Fee will be levied
Less than 30 days before event date - Strictly no postponement will be allowed
OTHERS
The access code for the space given to you will only be valid from your start time. Set-up (catering set-up, decorations set up etc) and/or clean up must be done strictly within the booking time slot.
During check out, guests/vendors will have a 15 minutes grace period to clear out of the premises. Any later than the given grace period, would be considered as extension of booking hours and may result in partial/full forfeiture of deposit.
No, there will not be any charges for external catering.
No, there will not be any corkage fee.
Yes, you are able to do that at a base hourly rate (of your booking rates). Do drop us a message before the end of booking time to inform us of the extension.
Yes, you may but please return all shifted furniture to its original position. Partial deposit will be forfeited for restoration.
No smoking, e-cigarette, shisha and/or use of vapes is allowed in our space.You may smoke outside of the space. The back alley or the front are both ideal to smoke but do keep the door closed at all times.
Pets are not allowed in the premises. However, exceptions can be made on a case to case basis.
Yes, however you will only be able to use it on 50% of the booking fee. Subject to approval from Mosanco Space Management.
